• Ownership and Restrictions: You retain full ownership of your uploaded photos and text. However, you explicitly warrant that you own or have the proper legal permissions to use any image or content you upload. You may not upload material that infringes on third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or content that is defamatory, offensive, or unlawful.
• Design Finality: It is your responsibility to review all spelling, names, order details, and image qualities before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for typographical errors or low-resolution image constraints provided by the user.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Billing

All prices listed on our website are in INR (Indian Rupee) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to alter pricing or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Payments are handled via secure third-party payment gateway providers (including Razorpay where enabled). 5. Production and Shipping

Custom and personalized products require specialized manufacturing timelines before dispatch. While we endeavor to meet estimated delivery times, delivery windows provided at checkout are estimates only. The Sign Stories is not liable for delayed shipments caused by shipping carrier issues, incorrect address submissions, or logistics disruptions.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the hyper-personalized nature of our items (such as custom timelines, portraits, and engraved/printed keepsakes), standard order cancellations or modifications are only permitted within a strict window before production begins. Once customized production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or fully refunded. Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to instances of production manufacturing defects or transit damages, subject to our explicit Refund Policy guidelines.
