Cancellation and Refund Policy

SIGN STORIES

At Sign Stories, we create personalized sign boards, customized framed gifts, and decorative products according to each customer's specifications.

Because our products are made to order, the following Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been completed, cancellation requests due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

Every confirmed order is processed according to the customer's individual customization requirements.

2. No Changes After Confirmation

Customers are requested to carefully review all customization details before placing an order.

Once an order is confirmed, changes to names, photographs, designs, colors, dimensions, or other customization details cannot be accepted.

3. No Return or Refund Policy

As all our products are customized and personalized, returns and refunds are not available for correctly manufactured products in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.
  • Incorrect names, spelling, photographs, or details submitted by the customer.
  • Changes in personal preferences.
  • Requests for a different design after confirmation.
  • Minor color or finish variations consistent with the approved specifications.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or materially differs from the confirmed customization details, customers should contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, wherever reasonably possible.

Customers should provide:

  • Order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Description of the issue.

After verification, Sign Stories will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be initiated through the original payment method wherever possible.

The time required for the refund to reflect in the customer's bank account will depend on the payment gateway and banking processes.
