What are your prints made of?
All our prints use giclée (pigment ink) printing on 250 gsm archival matte art paper — museum-grade quality built to last for years.
How long does an order take?
Each piece is made to order. Designing and printing usually takes 3–5 working days after your personalisation details are confirmed. Once shipped, delivery depends on your location.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer three sizes:
- A4 (21 × 29.7 cm) — perfect for desks and shelves
- A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) — great for walls and feature spots
- A2 (42 × 59.4 cm) — a statement piece for larger spaces
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India with tracked courier services. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before printing begins — usually within 12 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll reprint and reship at no cost.
Will the print look exactly like it does on my screen?
Screens vary in colour calibration, so there may be slight differences. We colour-check every proof before printing to ensure the best possible output.
Do you offer frames?
Our prints are sold unframed, ready for you to frame in a style that matches your space.
How do I personalise my print?
Choose your print, select your size, and fill in the personalisation details during checkout. Our design team will lay out your print by hand and check it before printing.
